little-littleme asked: When you use the term "white people" are you referring to every white person in the world? Or ...every -racist- white person? Or ...every white person that lives in a country where they are not historically native to that country? Or something else?

Anyone who has ever benefited from the myriad privileges that come with being the dominant / socially preferred skin colour/ race (in this case, “white” or the perception thereof. The benefits stem from the oppression and subordination of people of colour, directly, indirectly, systematically and historically.
